Oscar J. Clemons Jr. is a seasoned music industry executive and talent development specialist with more than 30 years of experience in artist promotions, A&R, marketing, and catalogue development across North America.
Born in Atlanta, Oscar began his career at MCA Records during the 1990s, working on campaigns for legendary artists including Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, Heavy D & the Boyz, and Guy. He later worked with Rap-A-Lot Records, contributing to successful projects involving Scarface and Geto Boys.
Over the years, Oscar has collaborated with major labels including LaFace Records and So So Def Recordings, while also mentoring emerging artists and developing marketing strategies for the evolving digital music industry.
Today, Oscar works closely with Blue Pie Records USA, DJ Central Records, Ordior, and Reggae Central TV, supporting artist development, catalogue growth, and business development across the global entertainment industry.
